What If It Storms? Do You Ever Not Open For The Day Due To Inclement Weather?
While we wish to be open and available for our guests to participate in our attractions during all normal operating hours, sometimes mother nature has other ideas. To ensure the safety of all of our guests, if inclement weather enters the area, we will be forced to temporarily close our aquatic attractions. We ask that when instructed, all guests exit all water attractions and/or walk down from all slide towers. We ask that all guests seek shelter and remain at least six feet away from all water attractions. Management will be vigilantly watching the weather and will reopen when the environment becomes safe for guests to participate again.
Unfortunately, sustained weather does visit our area at times. As such, we may augment normal hours of operations to ensure guest safety which could include delayed openings, early closure, or full-day closure. Keep an eye on our social media for updates. We will update you as soon as a decision has been made to provide you with as much notice as possible.
Does Pirates Bay Offer Rain Checks In The Case Of Inclement Weather?
If we are forced to close for the day, your receipt will act as a rain check, to be used for another visit during the same calendar year. When you return, simply exchange your receipt at the admissions booth for that day’s admission. Rain checks will be issued to guests if the park closes before 4:00 pm due to inclement weather. Keep an eye on social media for updates regarding closures.
